    Everybody Rows (eRows) is Level 2 Sculling technique and cardio for any BIAC member who is approved to row a sculling single (1x). Taking place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 11:30, the cost is $25 per session for non-adaptive participation.

    There are 4 open spots for rowers or paddlers not participating as rabbits.

    Join eRows every once in a while in a 1x or surfski, or consider becoming a rabbit (rowing guide) for a visually impaired rower. If you’re interested in rabbiting, contact Coach Chuck.
