Everybody Rows (eRows) is Level 2 Sculling technique and cardio for any BIAC member who is approved to row a sculling single (1x). Taking place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 11:30, the cost is $25 per session for non-adaptive participation.
There are 4 open spots for rowers or paddlers not participating as rabbits. Join eRows every once in a while in a 1x or surfski, or consider becoming a rabbit (rowing guide) for a visually impaired rower. If you’re interested in rabbiting, contact Coach Chuck.
Classes held: This is a five day session: the first class is from 7:30-9:30am and the remaining classes are from 7:30-10am. Sessions are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (April 21, 22, 23) and Monday & Tuesday (April 27, 28). It's important you plan to attend all classes.

NO EXPERIENCED ROWERS (scull OR sweep), PLEASE. If you have some rowing experience and want to get back on the water, email Coach Amanda for a recommended path to refresh your rowing at BIAC.
