Register to join a competitive sculling class coached by Chris Flynn. The aim of this class is to get fitter, faster and ready to race a 1x. Training focuses on improving fitness and race preparation and will include some drills. Arrive in time to launch by 8:10-8:15am to meet in Paly Cove by 8:30am.

Participation Requirements: Students must be BIAC members and should be capable and confident in a single. Coaching will not focus on basic sculling techniques. This is not an appropriate class for novice scullers.

Waitlist: If the class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. Waitlisted registrations will be AUTOMATICALLY approved when someone cancels so keep an eye on your email for late approval and required payment. Waitlisted students may also be added by the coach on a per-case basis.

Cancellations: If you cannot make a session and need to cancel, you must cancel your registration here on the website and text the WhatsApp Scullers Group. Please cancel as early as you can. If you cancel more than 24 hours before class, your fees will be applied to a future session. If you cancel within 24 hours of class, your fees will not be refunded. Two "no shows" with less than 24 hours notice will prevent you from participation for the next month's sessions.
