On Sunday, April 16, BIAC racers took part in the challenging and beautiful Open Ocean Regatta held in the San Francisco Bay. Launching from Sausalito, BIAC had 5 entries on the shorter Strawberry Course and 4 entries on the roughly 16k Diablo Course which goes out under the Golden Gate Bridge and back. Several racers competed in this event for the first time and finished with good results and great memories – for some it was their first race ever!
